Federal Civil Service Commission Begins Recruitment for Various Positions
The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has officially announced the commencement of its recruitment exercise for various positions within the Federal Civil Service. This announcement comes just days after the commission dismissed earlier reports about recruitment, assuring Nigerians that an official statement would be made when the process begins.
In a press release issued on Monday by the Head of Press and Public Relations, Taiwo Hassan, the FCSC called on eligible Nigerians to apply for the available positions through its official recruitment portal.
According to the statement, applicants are only allowed to apply for one position. The recruitment exercise is detailed on the commission’s website, www.fedcivilservice.gov.ng, and also featured in national newspapers.
Application Guidelines
Interested candidates must apply through the designated application portal: https://recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng. The following documents are required for upload during the application process:
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2. Ph.D./Master’s Degree Certificate (if applicable)
3. Degree/HND/NCE Certificate
4. WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate
5. Primary School Certificate
6. NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate
7. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
8. Local Government Identification Letter
9. Recent Passport Photograph
Applicants living with physical disabilities are encouraged to indicate the nature of their disability during the application process.
Application Deadline
All applications must be submitted no later than Monday, 10th March 2025.
